Como defende Benjamin Powell director do Free Market Institute na Texas Tech University: \u201cTodos os que elixen traballar no sector t\u00e9xtil consid\u00e9rano mellor opci\u00f3n que as outras que te\u00f1en, que son moito peores, e por iso aceptan.\u201d Ademais, argumenta que este proceso \u00e9 beneficioso para estes pa\u00edses pois \u201cas causas de proximidade do desenvolvemento son o capital f\u00edsico, a tecnolox\u00eda e o capital humano\/habilidade dos obreiros. Cando estes talleres chegan a estes pa\u00edses est\u00e1n traendo os 3, e a longo prazo verase en mellores salarios e mellores condici\u00f3ns. Son sitios nos que a xente elixe traballar, hai opci\u00f3ns peores ou poder\u00edan estar facendo peores cousas que traballar.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #808080;\">\u00a0 De feito, o proceso \u00e9 an\u00e1logo ao que ocorreu durante a Revoluci\u00f3n Industrial na Inglaterra do s\u00e9culo XVII.
