Cando Bundchen, Adriana Lima e Alessandra Ambrosio cami\u00f1an pola pasarela de Vitoria\u2019s Secrets o mundo detense. Non sucede o mesmo cun desfile de roupa masculino. Todos nos paramos fronte \u00e1 pantalla cando corre Usain Bolt, pero poucos recordamos o nome da muller m\u00e1is r\u00e1pida. O mesmo sucede entre Lionel Messi e Carli Lloyd.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #808080;\">\u00a0 Non se trata de enfrontar un sexo contra o outro, como sost\u00e9n Serena. Tr\u00e1tase de respectar as elecci\u00f3ns que as persoas realizan fronte \u00e1 oferta dun produto ou servizo.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #808080;\">\u00a0 Esta diferenza de ganancias est\u00e9ndese a todas as esferas e non s\u00f3 aos diferentes sexos. Os integrantes do mellor equipo de f\u00fatbol americano ga\u00f1an m\u00e1is que os integrantes do mellor equipo de remo norteamericano, porque a xente consume m\u00e1is ao primeiro que ao segundo.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #808080;\">\u00a0 Si aplic\u00e1semos o criterio de Serena e os integrantes de ambos equipos se esforzaron do mesmo xeito, comezaron \u00e1 mesma idade e chegaron ao primeiro posto, \u00bfseica non deber\u00edan ga\u00f1ar o mesmo? \u00bfPor que deterse soamente nos casos que enfrontan aos homes e \u00e1s mulleres que se dedican ao mesmo?<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #808080;\">\u00a0 \u00c9 un erro o de Serena -e quen pensa como ela-, asumir que hai unha bolsa de di\u00f1eiro preexistente para repartir, que se distrib\u00fae inxustamente. Esa bolsa \u00e9nchese co di\u00f1eiro da xente que compra tiquets para ver aos seus deportistas preferidos, ou co di\u00f1eiro dos auspiciantes que invisten sabendo que ir\u00e1 xente a velos. E, no caso do tenis, os homes xeran maior atracci\u00f3n que as mulleres.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #808080;\">\u00a0 Non estamos cuestionando aqu\u00ed si o p\u00fablico elixe ben ou mal, si as s\u00faas decisi\u00f3ns son racionais ou caprichosas. S\u00f3 dicimos que nunha econom\u00eda libre, o que un ga\u00f1a depende de como o mercado valora o que un ofrece.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #808080;\">\u00a0 Si non nos gusta como o mercado responde ao que ofrecemos, podemos tratar de cambiar a opini\u00f3n da xente promocionando a nosa actividade, ou mellorando a nosa oferta para facela m\u00e1is atractiva. Pero o que non deberiamos intentar, \u00e9 impo\u00f1er os nosos valores ao resto, obrig\u00e1ndoos a ver m\u00e1is remo, menos f\u00fatbol, m\u00e1is Radwanska e menos Federer, ou peor a\u00ednda, facendo lobby para que se distrib\u00faan os resultados en partes iguais cando non se xeraron de igual modo.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #808080;\">\u00a0 \u00bfExisten certas inxustizas? \u00bfMulleres que exercen a s\u00faa profesi\u00f3n moito mellor que os seus colegas homes, pero que ao momento dunha promoci\u00f3n ou un aumento de soldo, eles levan a dianteira? Si, as\u00ed \u00e9. Quizais o xefe que decide \u00e9 machista, ou teme os potenciais embarazos, ou se sente ameazado por unha muller intelixente. Podemos tratar de facerlle ver o seu erro ou suxerirlle un psic\u00f3logo. Podemos expresarlle o noso desacordo. Ou podemos irnos si non o toleramos. Pero non podemos nin debemos facer m\u00e1is que iso. El ten dereito a tomar a s\u00faa decisi\u00f3n e condenar \u00e1 s\u00faa empresa a unha peor performance, si as\u00ed o desexa.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #808080;\">\u00a0 As escalas de valores son persoais e subxectivas. Cada un valora o que, en determinado momento, ofr\u00e9celle maior satisfacci\u00f3n, consciente ou inconscientemente.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #808080;\">\u00a0 Con isto en mente, cada un pode armar a s\u00faa estratexia de \u201cseduci\u00f3n\u201d para atraer p\u00fablico e di\u00f1eiro, si esa \u00e9 a s\u00faa meta. Anna Kournikova, cun tenis m\u00e1is pobre que o de moitas das s\u00faas colegas, lograba encher estadios e ga\u00f1ar m\u00e1is di\u00f1eiro en publicidade, grazas o seu carisma e beleza.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #808080;\">\u00a0 Si queremos competir polas preferencias do p\u00fablico, debemos ofrecer ao mesmo algo para que nos elixan por sobre os demais. Non se trata de vencer ou igualar ao outro apelando ao lobby e forzando unha distribuci\u00f3n artificial. Tr\u00e1tase de despregar o mellor que un ten, xogar limpo e aceptar o veredicto do xurado, que neste caso \u00e9 o consumidor.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #808080;\">\u00a0 Si doutra banda, como consumidores, consideramos que as mulleres tenistas merecen ga\u00f1ar igual que os homes tenistas, pois vaiamos ver m\u00e1is dos seus partidos. Si creemos que os modelos masculinos deben ga\u00f1ar m\u00e1is, compremos m\u00e1is entradas para os seus desfiles. Si creemos que un investigador merece ser m\u00e1is rico que Messi, deixemos de ver os seus partidos, e invistamos o noso di\u00f1eiro nalg\u00fan centro de investigaci\u00f3n.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #808080;\">\u00a0 Son as nosas elecci\u00f3ns as que enchen ou baleiran as arcas alleas.
